David Annis, MBA has experience both purchasing and selling businesses as a principal. In 2003 Gary Schine served as the business broker for the sale of David's software and website development business. Since that time, David has been involved in business brokerage, valuations, and M&A consulting. He holds a B.S. in biology from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Gary Schine has been a business broker and consultant in the buy-sell process for nearly 20 years. He has written several books on the subject of buying and selling privately held companies and on other small business topics. Gary hold an MBA degree from the University of Connecticut and Masters Degree from NYU.
